Eric is the business owner; he is the boat captain, the skipper and your guide. He has been doing this job for 20 years now and has grown up in this environment and had the best trainer, his dad. He loves what he does and for him every trip is unique, he loves to share his passion with his clients and every guests who have been out with him come back with great memories.
Jean Claude is Eric’s dad, he is the one who has transmitted all his knowledge about the sea and all its hidden beauties to his son. He is an accomplished sportsman as he was 3 times the champion of the Indian Ocean game in Sailing and 6 times he won the gold medal in swimming. He is a professional fisherman and is the first skipper who started to bring guests to Ile aux Cerfs, no one knows the lagoon better than him.
Nancy is Eric’s wife, she is in charge of the marketing and reservations of the boat tours. She has a great experience in the Tourism industry, having worked for nine years in this sector, she is a service oriented and a customer focused person. She has been working in a big tour operator and after her experience in selling hotels and excursions, she joined one of the biggest hotel group of the island where she has acquired the knowledge and training needed to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the best possible service.
