2. Hosting
The Site is hosted by ScaleCity (https://scalecity.fr/)https://scalecity.fr/) on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure.
3. Personal data collected
When you contact us through the Site's form, we collect the following information: name, email address, phone number and message content. No online payment is processed — all bookings are confirmed directly by email or WhatsApp.
4. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiries and organise your trip at sea. We never use it for automated marketing.
5. Data retention
Your data is kept for 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time by writing to holideric@gmail.com.
6. Data sharing
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law (judicial requisition, request from Mauritian authorities).
7. Your rights (GDPR & Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017)
